2020 Louisiana-bred Filly by Outwork out of Up A Notch (Lone Star Sky )

We were successful in securing Hip #2995 during the Keeneland September Yearling Sale. The well bred Louisiana-bred filly by Outwork is an excellent addition to the stable. Outwork stands at stud for $15,000 and has clearly distinguished himself as a strong new sire with just two crops of runners so far. The dam of our filly, Up A Notch, was unraced, but she has produced three runners of racing age with all reaching the winner's circle and one multiple stakes placed. Our new filly has a number of Louisiana-bred stakes horses in her pedigree and should do very well in Louisiana-bred company. She will be in the barn of trainer Justin Jeansonne.

Our new filly should do well on the Louisiana-bred circuit under trainer Justin Jeansonne.

Draft Choice

2019 Louisiana-bred Gelding by Pick Of The Litter out of ThreeHits N A Miss  (Concerto)

We added Draft Choice to the stable via a private purchase. The 2019 Louisiana-bred gelding is by graded stakes winner Pick Of The Litter, who is by two time leading sire, Kitten's Joy. The dam of our two year-old gelding is ThreeHits N A Miss, who is by multiple graded stakes winner Concerto. ThreeHits N A Miss was unraced, but she has produced five foals of racing age, with the three to race all winners. The well built Louisiana-bred gelding was bred by Lora Pitre and is in the barn of trainer Justin Jeansonne.
